Joanne Stracener, Senior Real Estate Processor/Manager:

Mrs. Stracener initially joined JMFN in 1993 and has 28 years of experience working in the title industry.  Mrs. Stracener’s experience includes abstracting and reviewing titles, drafting title opinions and commitments, processing and preparing loan documents, preparing closing documents, and closing real estate transactions.  During her tenure at JMFN Mrs. Stracener has assisted with numerous complex real estate transactions, both residential and commercial.
