Jaime Dailey is an east Tennessee native, a University of Tennessee-Knoxville undergraduate, and obtained her J.D. from Lincoln Memorial University’s Duncan School of Law. She is licensed in the State of Tennessee, the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee and Bankruptcy Court.
She practices in several areas including civil tort litigation, creditors’ claims in bankruptcy, landlord-tenant disputes, deficiency judgments, and is the associate attorney managing the child support enforcement program.
Jaime has two children. A daughter who is in the MTSU aerospace engineering program and a son who is serving in the United States Army.
